"While preparing my wife’s CanAm Spyder for an upcoming out of state trip I ran into an issue and contacted Tommy’s. The Service Writer, Grace, told us to bring it in and they would take a look at it. The Service Manager, Jeff, came out of the dealership to look at what the problem was. Both then told us to drop the Spyder off and they immediately took care of the issue. It was a simple fix that required a special tool that I did not have. They went above and beyond taking care of us understanding the predicament we were in. We highly recommend this dealership and they have earned our loyalty." "Its hard to beat the drum too loudly about all the staff at TOMMYS in Crossville, TN.Very easy to deal with for service. I have an 04 Goldwing and they have serviced mybike since they opened the doors. The previous owner did a great job as well. Recently scheduled my Goldwing recall, had all fluids changed, some accessories added, and very thorough keeping my motorcycle in the best shape. Numerous tire changes over the last 43,ooo miles and always willing to either get it done quickly or with a minimal wait with an appointment where the service requires ordering parts.
